I Tweet I Can
After careful consideration (about 15 seconds worth) I did attempt to take on the twitter world. I'm still not sold on it , and can't seem to tackle it with much gusto. I think that is the biggest issue, there are too many things on the computer that are eating away my waking hours. I am sure that all of you bloggers can relate if you struggle to find the time to compose a post. Lately, I have had that struggle, so instead of boring you with my writing, I am going to blind you with my artwork.
Instead of tweeting, I drew a tweet:
That may be my best tweet so far???
I had been wanting to try a paint app for awhile and it was on a huge sale, so I got it and this was my first creation. I think that I am going to enjoy this and it is surely cheaper than buying a bunch of paints, brushes, and canvases.
Hope that you all have a wonderful weekend!!

I think you are on to something.... a picture twitter? I would follow.
ReplyDeleteNot bad for your first try at digital art. Congrats. Imagine what you will be doing in just a few months.
ReplyDeleteOMG that's brilliant!
ReplyDeletePhoto twitters! Now if we could only convert Facebook...
What a tweet pic!
ReplyDeleteI confess I tried twitter twice. It did my head in and I just shut it down in the end. Huge time waster.
ReplyDeleteLove the painting. Which app is it?
“Lizard Happy”
I have been using twitter for three months and I hate it more each day. So just why the hell am I using it!?!
ReplyDeleteI think your tweets are hilarious. But I totally understand the too many things on the internet = time suck.
ReplyDeleteI kinda suck at Twitter. Every time I see someone tweet something and than use #withwordssquooshedtogetherattheend it makes me wanna scream. Just in case you saw my tweet "Death to the hashtag!" that's what I meant.
ReplyDeleteI like your birdie.
Very cute twitter birdie. :) I can't get into Twitter either. I tried it for a couple of weeks and I didn't have any follows hardly so i gave up. I do spend way too much time online as is.
ReplyDeleteI automated my Twitter. When I put up a new post, it automatically posts it to Twitter and Facebook, so I don't have to worry about it.
ReplyDeleteJust so you know, I have shared your blog with friends here: http://dmcorl.blogspot.com/2012/02/i-am-weakest-link.html
ReplyDeleteTwitter can be hard some time. You have to be really creative/thoughtful. Now, a twitter full of nothing but random digital art... that would be epic.
ReplyDeleteI Tweet.
ReplyDeleteTherefore, I am.
But, between two Facebook accounts, two e-mails, two blogs, and now a Twitter account, I'm not sure what my family looks like anymore.
Love the drawing. Hate Twitter. Bunch of self-absorbed nitwits who think other self-absorbed nitwits will care about what they have to say.
ReplyDeleteI suppose I should have told you how I really feel, eh?
The difference between Twitter and blogging is that folks actually take time to compose a blog post, it can be read at leisure, it can be commented upon at length and with as many characters as is necessary, and it remains available for reading long after it is first sent out to the world. Tweets are the equivalent of a dog barking - could be useful, but usually just annoying.
oooo! I wish I had something snazzy enough that I could have an APP on! Fun TWEET!
ReplyDeleteYeah, twitter's not my favourite either. I can't burp out that many clever mini statements every day.
You have just received the versatile blogger award. Come on over and pick it up.

I like your tweet better than Twitter's tweet!
ReplyDeleteI loved it!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. :)
Thanks for all of the comments gang. Usually I answer everybody individually, but this time I'll just say thanks and Tweet-Tweet!
