The papers were filed and evidence was entered into the record. We knew that it was risky, but by golly we were determined to fight the man and buck the system or at least knock over the man named Buck.
The lawyer's fees could have been outrageous and thus we decided to represent ourselves in our quest for justice. In the end it all came down to one small postcard received in the mail.
Momvan is a free lady.
If you are confused then read here about how she was falsely accused of committing a heinous crime. I guess the 27 8x10 color glossy pictures were too much for the DMV to handle. We are planning a party to celebrate her charges being dismissed. Anyone wishing to contribute to her defense fund can leave their credit card number in the comments section.

sometimes you just have to fight it & sound like you mean it & they just give up. not worth the hassle of going up against a hard-headed human. fight the power!
